Comfort Inn & Suites Maumee - Toledo (I80-90)

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Nice bathrooms. Microwave. Big mirrors. Breakfast was good. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I did have one problem. I asked for a late check out, which was approved by the front desk when I called. 11 AM sharp a foreign man called me and told me that they didn’t offer late checkouts because they were busy. And told me that I could not stay later. I told him that a lady told me I could stay and he said who ?? What’s their name?? I wasn’t sure of her name but he said OK and never called back. I paid a cash deposit ($200) When I went to checkout, a foreign man helped me. He refunded me $190 instead of $200. I told him about the mistake & he gave me the additional $10. I really enjoyed my stay, but the foreign man is kinda sketchy lol.

Our stay was a pleasant surprise from one moment to the next. Our room, much like the hotel itself, was clean and welcoming. First thing we checked for was bedbugs and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. We were very satisfied with the attention to detail, the breakfast options, the customer service, responses to feedback, and the comfortable atmosphere. The pool was well maintained and very relaxing. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay memorable!

Thank you for your hospitality! We were able to stop, ask how much fir a room and do you have NBC on your TVs. She said Yes and let us check to make sure. We were able to watch the Packers Pittsburg game on NBC in a nice room and have a good night's sleep after the game. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Showered in the morning, we had waffles, then continued our travels home. It was great! Thank you again!

Did a last minute stay here. Sent my wife to come and book the room. She unfortunately didn’t get the room we needed. When we addressed it with the staff as we had our daughter and needed that third spot for her to sleep they were very nice and agreed to the room I originally told wife to get. And that was an easy process. Room was nice and clean. Daughter was really happy they had a pool and she got to have a blast in the pool. O didn’t wake up in time for breakfast to grab for my daughter. Came out when the gentleman was cleaning and he was very kind and turned on the juice machine for my daughter to get some apple juice. And let us grab some sausage and a bagel and cream cheese. Front desk woman was very kind. My daughter came out at night because we needed blankets and a sheet for the pull out bed. And she was so nice to my daughter and joked with her. Definitely would stay again

A great place to stay. Clean room and comfortable bed. Even though the bathroom is a bit outdated it was clean as well. Great breakfast included.

Best Comfort Inn I've been to... out of over a dozen. Everything was great except the coffee maker wouldn't get hot in the room. Fantastic shower and good breakfast.

First time here. Forgot to take pictures of the room. It was a nice size (2 Queen beds), big enough to get my walker through each area. Zabel is in charge of full breakfast offerings (right on time, clean, neat area, very friendly to guests. ) I have mobility issues, so Cynthia immediately made sure I got into a room close to the lobby. Super nice person, as was her son Tajron, who works the night shift. He took a few minutes to greet me, and ssk if there was anything he could help me with. This motel has nice rooms for good prices. But, I think their best value is having special people manning all 3 shifts.

Clean and comfortable. Nothing special but a decent place to get a good night's rest. Plenty of decent restaurants around. Pretty nice area.
